Cross-Cultural Training for Employees
The International Center’s Cross-Cultural Training (CCT) for Employees is a single-session program offering international assignees the opportunity to learn about workplace culture in Indiana and the United States. The program guides participants through an awareness of one’s own cultural values and how this may be similar and/or different from those of one’s American colleagues, and its impact on workplace relationships.

Cross-Cultural Training for Partners
The International Center’s Cross-Cultural Training (CCT) for Partners is a series of small group sessions that introduce important aspects of American culture to help newcomers feel quickly at ease in their new country, enhancing a family’s cultural adjustment, and ensuring a successful assignment in Indiana. Participants have the opportunity to meet other newly arrived expatriates and share their experiences.
