Vice President of Sales, CareMetx

Joy Neely is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience across pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. She has worked in various commercial roles that span sales leadership, marketing, market access, operations, and Six Sigma, but her one true passion is coaching and developing others!

She recently joined CareMetx, a healthcare technology company that offers digital patient support services to pharmaceutical and diagnostics manufacturers, as the Vice President of Sales. Before CareMetx, she held roles at Roche Diagnostics Corporation, TrialCard, and Eli Lilly & Company.

Joy’s passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and her commitment to advocating for equality and equity has been a thread throughout her career. From 2019 to 2020, she served as the Co-Lead for the Roche Women’s Leadership Initiative, one of Roche’s Business Resource Groups. Currently, she is the Director of Engagement, Diversity, and Inclusion for Women & Hi Tech, a STEM organization in Indianapolis. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Little Red Door Cancer Agency, whose mission is to provide access to cancer care for the underserved of Indianapolis.

Joy has been married to her husband Preston for 24 years, and they have two daughters who are both studying at Butler University. They also have their hands full with two Siberian Husky puppies. Together, they enjoy traveling, boating, and gathering around the fire pit with friends and family. Joy’s quote to live by is, “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” Neale Donald Walsch.
