Naomi Kwang is an attorney with the corporate department of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. She concentrates her practice in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and international business transactions. As a native of Singapore, she is fluent in Mandarin and understands Asian business culture, which uniquely qualifies her to assist Chinese and other Asian companies conducting business in the United States, as well as U.S. companies seeking to do business in China and throughout Asia. She has broad experience in assisting both publicly listed and privately held Chinese and Asian clients across various industries – from startups to conglomerates – with their strategic investments and expansion plans in the U.S. Naomi is also the Director of China Business Development at the law firm. Naomi serves as the chairwoman and board member of the America China Society of Indiana and also as the treasurer and board member of the Immigrant Welcome Center.
