RECENT CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
In recent years, Tiffany planned and executed a brand-new event for The Indy Pride Festival: the annual Indy Pride Career Fair. This fair was the first LGBTQ+ career fair in the state of Indiana, hosting employers including Eli Lilly and Company, FedEx, and Stanley Black & Decker. Tiffany managed news coverage of The Indy Pride Career Fair from both radio and television outlets. Overall, Tiffany was responsible for the growth of The Indy Pride Festival in 2019, adding over 25,000 attendees. She also continued to market and host The Indy Pride Career Fair in 2020, virtually, due to the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.
Initially, Indiana was not fully equipped to disseminate rapidly evolving messages during the public health crisis in languages spoken by the immigrant and refugee populations. In her previous position as Manager of Strategic Engagement for LUNA Languages Services, Tiffany collaborated with the Indiana State Department of Health to secure an agreement for LUNA Language Services to coordinate the translation and interpretation of public health campaign messages.
Tiffany was also a finalist in the Ally of the Year award in 2019 and the Community Member of the Year award in 2021. This year Tiffany was given the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advocate of the Year award which is apart of United Way of Central Indiana’s ELEVATE program.
Tiffany and the two other Global Impression Award Finalists will be celebrated at the International Citizen of the Year event on October 18, 2022. Tickets available now!
