Global Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Genesys Cloud Services
Todd Pedersen serves as the Global Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Genesys Cloud Services, a market leader and provider of Experience as a Service.
Todd currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Indy Chamber, The Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, The Economic Club of Indiana and on an Advisory Board to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
Todd was the Chief Development Officer at AIT Laboratories and was the State Director of Life Sciences at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation under Governor Mitch Daniels. He served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Small Business Loan Administration within the Indiana Finance Authority and supported the deal flow to early-stage investments at the 21st Century Fund, the predecessor to today’s Elevate Ventures, Inc.
Todd is the past-Chair of the Develop Indy Council, and served on Board of Directors of Techpoint, the Indianapolis Private Industry Council, the Eiteljorg Museum and was recently the Chair of the Council of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society. He is a former Chairman of the Genesys Foundation (f/k/a Interactive Intelligence Foundation). He is an alumnus of the SKL Leadership Class of XXXII.
Todd holds a B.A. in History and an MBA from Indiana University. He also attended Oxford Brookes University in England and was a graduate fellow in the Coro Graduate Fellowship in Public Policy in St. Louis, Missouri.
He is married to Katie, a pediatrician and graduate of Duke University and the Indiana University School of Medicine; and together they have four extremely active children.
