Indiana Latino Institute Brings FIREWORKS to Monument Circle for
“Our Light, Nuestra Luz” Hispanic Heritage Celebration!
Get ready for an electrifying night as we kick off Hispanic Heritage Month with the Indiana Latino Institute’s signature event, “Our Light, Nuestra Luz,” this Saturday, September 7th, from 6-9 PM at Monument Circle! This year, we’re pulling out all the stops, and the night sky will come alive with a spectacular fireworks display that you won’t want to miss!

International Food Trucks: Savor mouthwatering flavors from Venezuela, Honduras, and Mexico.
Mariachi Magic: Feel the rhythm and passion with a live mariachi band.
Fun for the Little Ones: Enjoy face painting, a costume contest, and the playful antics of Clown Pastelito, with amazing prizes.
Live DJ & Music: Dance the night away to the Latin beats, with performances that will get everyone on their feet.
Student Showcase: Don’t miss the special performance by students from the International School.
Cultural Dances: Experience traditional folkloric dances from Costa Rica, Mexico, and Colombia.
Dance Contest: Show off your moves and compete for exciting prizes in our Dance Contest, inspired by “Dancing with the Stars.”
Robot Show: Be amazed by the futuristic fun of our Robot Show!
ILI Video Presentation: Watch our special video presentation at the AES Building, highlighting the rich diversity and contributions of our Latino community.
