According to German writer and statesman Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, “architecture is frozen music.” Celebrate Indy’s “frozen music” by joining us for Eine Kleine Skyline—using the monumental view of Indy’s northern skyline, Jeff Kamm and Joan Monninger will entertain and inform you about the history and architecture of Indianapolis.
After, friends over 21 are invited to descend to the fifth floor of the Regions Bank Tower to enjoy Indy’s famous Rooftop Thursdays, no host. This favorite summer destination for Indy’s professionals features bands, cocktails and views of Indy’s breath-taking skyline. A band plays from 6-9 p.m.; and for participants with stamina and dancing shoes, a local DJ brings the party to a higher level from 9-11 p.m. Each week features a menu from the on-site grill and opportunities for friendly matches of a Midwestern classic, cornhole. Admission is complimentary until 8 p.m.; after 8 p.m. a cover charge will be implemented at the door. Guests may also want to visit the
Central Library for IndyHub’s INDYVOLVED 11 from 6 – 8:30 p.m.
