TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE 2019 INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AWARD DINNER AND CEREMONY
INDIANAPOLIS – July 10, 2019 – Tickets are now available for the 2019 International Citizen of the Year (ICY) award dinner and ceremony. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in downtown Indianapolis.
The 2019 award will be presented to Michael I. Crowther, CEO of the Indianapolis Zoological Society and founder of the Indianapolis Prize.
Pricing for tables (with seating for 10) starts at $3,000, and individual seats may be purchased for $300 each at www.internationalcenter.org/icy. Ambassador, Consul, Emissary and Envoy level tables will be given priority seating, and a limited number of Patron tables and individual ticket orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.
The International Center established this award in 1985 to honor individuals whose work has achieved global impact and elevated Indiana on the world stage. Community luminaries who have previously been honored with the ICY award include John C. Lechleiter, Mayor Greg and Winnie Ballard, James T. Morris, KP Singh, and the Honorable Richard Lugar, William Hudnut, and Lee Hamilton, among others. The 2018 recipient was Governor Eric J. Holcomb.
