The International Center and America China Society of Indiana to Offer China Business Seminar

(INDIANAPOLIS – March 5, 2015) . . . The International Center, in partnership with the America China Society of Indiana, will launch its 2015 China Seminar Series on Friday, March 13 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Ivy Tech Community College campus in Bloomington, Indiana.

Speakers from The International Center will provide instruction on appropriate etiquette, protocol and cross cultural communication when in China or working with Chinese colleagues. Russell Menyhart, an attorney with Taft Law, will share insights on conducting business in China, stemming from his extensive international background, most recently serving as political unit chief at the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai from 2011 to 2014.

The workshop is appropriate for representatives of business, industry and government, as well as members of the public, who are either conducting business with China for the first time or who would find a refresher course useful. People who expect to host or interact with visitors from China would also benefit from this workshop.
