Enjoy Indiana’s spooky Halloween season with the Irvington Ghost Tour. Irvington, located five miles east of Indianapolis on Washington Street. Irvington’s unique qualities and characters provide the setting and material for the ghoulish anecdotes shared on the annual ghost tour. Designated a Historic District in 1987, Irvington continues to be home to residents and local businesses enthusiastic about their community’s history and charm.
Tickets are $15 per person (cash only; no cards/checks accepted) payable to the tour guide. Please meet at 6:30 on Friday, October 21; tour begins at 7 pm. Tours start at 10 S. Johnson Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46219 (behind the Irvington Theatre). It is recommended that participants park near the Public Library at 5625 Washington Street, as this is near where the walking tour ends on Audubon Road.
Proceeds support the Irvington Community; all participants will receive a copy of Irvington Haunts: The Tour Guide. Tours are approximately two hours with 1.5 miles of outdoor walking. Comfortable shoes and warm attire are recommended.
