Join us for a screening of findhelp films’ short documentary, “Welcome Home” followed by an in-person conversation with the filmmakers and participants. The Film celebrates members of the Indianapolis immigrant community and their mission to help other immigrants and refugees.

Film Synopsis: Olanike, Sergio, and Fikiri settled in Indianapolis after leaving their home countries. After learning to navigate the myriad challenges of life in a new country, they’ve become dedicated to helping other immigrants and refugees maneuver the same hurdles through the Immigrant Welcome Center’s Natural Helpers program. This uniquely inspiring short documentary shines a light on the immigrant population in Indianapolis. From findhelp films, Welcome Home is streaming exclusively on Youtube.
Parking is available at the Central Library parking garage, 841 N Pennsylvania St., for $1 an hour.
Wheelchair access is available through the parking garage and the 9th street entrance.
