The International Center aims to promote events in Indiana that highlight and celebrate cultural diversity and international relations. Whether you like to engage in international diplomacy, eat Chinese food, dance to Russian music, celebrate a French holiday, or participate in Scottish games, we hope you’ll find a way to celebrate and participate in our global city.

During halftime at the Pacers game Feb. 3, there will be a performance in honor of Chinese New Year. The Pacers play the Dallas Mavericks and tip-off is at 7 pm, but the doors will open at 6 pm. Tickets prices range from $16.50-$46.20.
The International Marketplace Lunch Tour on Feb. 5 will take place at Marisqueria La Mestiza. The restaurant features authentic Mexican food. The lunch tour meets every two weeks at a different restaurant that serves ethnic foods.

On Feb. 13, the International Marketplace Dinner Tour will be going to Bon Appetit. This restaurant focuses on Haitian food such as spicy Carribean slaw and fried plantains. This event takes place once a month and similarly to the International Marketplace Lunch Tour, it features restaurants that serve ethnic foods.

Ivy Tech Community College's Hospitality Administration program is hosting the Global Food Tour to raise money for students' international travel. Tickets are $50 for attendees 21 and older, and $40 for attendees 20 or younger. At the event, there will be food samplings and beverage pairings as well as entertainment throughout the evening.
