Noel is an experienced international business leader whose strengths and passions lie in coaching and mentoring others.
As a working professional with 20 years of experience in Human Resources, he has recruited, coached and led individuals of all educational and cultural backgrounds. Since his experience had a strong emphasis on international business and employees, he is especially well versed in the challenges that exist in trying to work effectively across cultures.

Noel also has natural skills in strategy development, implementation, and delivering results. He brings experience with start-ups, turnarounds, business transformations as well organizational design/development and culture change. Noel has a breadth of functional experience across engineering / manufacturing / supply chain, commercial operations, human resources and corporate social responsibility. His functional experience spans multiple industries including pharma/biotech, animal health, technology and retail and he has led business initiatives that span across 5 continents. Noel received both his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and MBA in International General Management from Purdue University and worked for Lilly and Elanco Animal Health in a career that spanned over 28 years.

Noel is well-versed as a public / motivational speaker and has spoken across the USA (New York, California, Washington DC, Illinois, Indiana) as well as internationally (Brazil, China, France, Kenya, Singapore, Tanzania, Zambia).

As an active community leader, Noel has served as Board Member of Project Leadership Service and the Indy Hunger Network and President of India Association of Indianapolis. He was also a member of the Strategy Committee for the East Africa Dairy Development Project (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania) which was funded by The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation through Heifer International.
