LESLIE GRISHIN NAMED NEWEST BOARD MEMBER OF INDIANA COUNCIL ON WORLD AFFAIRS
(INDIANAPOLIS – July 16, 2020) – Leslie Grishin, International Visitors Program Manager at The International Center, has been selected as the new board member for Indiana Council on World Affairs. She will replace Ashley Eason, VP of Programs and Services at The Center, who previously served in this role.
“I am excited to have the opportunity to join the board and continue to strengthen the relationship between both The International Center and Indiana Council on World Affairs. The Indiana Council on World Affairs provides meaningful opportunities to educate more Hoosiers on important international events and their relevance to U.S. foreign policy,” said Grishin. “I look forward to contributing to the organization and helping to move that mission forward.”
Leslie Grishin joined The International Center staff as the International Visitors Program Manager in April of 2019, creating impactful programming itineraries for visitors to the city of Indianapolis, including visitors with the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Her role at The International Center connects current and emerging foreign leaders with their Hoosier counterparts. The International Center is the only organization in Indiana that assists in hosting IVLP participants.
