Meet the 2021 GIA Finalists: Nick Reich
Nick Reich is passionate about connecting people and places through international development, and this passion is evident in his professional practices. Nick consistently shows that he values global development, as well as the effect that global leadership can have both at home and abroad.

Recent Career Highlights:
Nick most recently served as the Executive Director of Timmy Global Health, a non-profit organization based in Indianapolis which provides health programs and medical care to communities in Ecuador, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. Through his leadership, Timmy Global Health empowered communities around the world and seeks to improve local health outcomes in underserved communities.
Additionally, Nick volunteers his time to the Rotary Club of Indianapolis, where he served as President from 2020-2021. He was selected in 2009 to accompany the Rotary Group Study Exchange to Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Malawi. Serving on the Club’s world community service committee since 2012, he has helped guide over $300,000 to projects spanning 24 countries over the past 8 years.
Nick was recently named COO of Hummingbird Humanity, a management consulting group that partners with organizations to promote representation in the workplace.
Why Nick calls Indiana home:
“I’ve lived and worked around the country and certainly traveled around the world. I’ve moved outside of Indiana for a number of years and chose to come back. There’s something about coming back home and helping to connect and grow our community into more of a global, welcoming place. It’s always been important to come back, set roots, and see how we can improve our home.”
