Jennifer Sciubba, Ph.D., author of 8 Billion and Counting: How Sex, Death, and Migration Shape Our World will be the featured speaker. Dr. Scuibba, a leading world expert on demographics, will share her view of migration around the world and specifically the United States. Dr. Sciubba has stated, “We need to change the rhetoric from one of alarm to one of resiliency.”
This informative event will be FREE, including the workshops and exhibits, Networking Reception, and the lecture by Dr. Sciubba. There will be an option for dinner provided by restaurants located in the International Marketplace Coalition’s area offered. There will be an opportunity to purchase dinner provided by local ethnic restaurants located within the International Marketplace Coalition’s immediate vicinity.
