The Festival Fund enriches life in Indiana by supporting organizations in the Hoosier state that celebrate cultural diversity and expression.
The Festival Fund was established in 2011 to support and promote the activities of organizations in the greater Indianapolis area that enrich life by celebrating cultural diversity and expression and showcasing the growing number of nationalities represented in Central Indiana. Qualifying community organizations may apply to receive funding to support their international or cultural event in grant awards ranging from $250-$2,000.

To Qualify
Before applying, interested applicants must review the Festival Fund Guidelines for qualifications, application instructions, and organizational requirements. Following the review of the guidelines, applications must be submitted at least 45 days in advance of the sponsored event.
To Apply
In order for an application to be considered, it must include the following materials:

- Completed Application Form (Or, complete online)
- Completed Budget Form
- Sponsorship Document
- Proof of 501(c)(3) Status
Completed applications can be submitted at the online form, via email to Grace Bland or by mail to The International Center’s office. Following their submission, applications will be reviewed by a committee to reach a decision regarding the grant amount.
