The Carmel-Xiangyang Sister City Committee presents the 2021 City of Carmel Chinese Mooncake Festival on August 21, 2021, from 6:30 – 8:30 PM.
The event will take place in the Carmel Arts & Design District featuring a dragon parade, music, dancing, and mooncakes.
