For this year’s festival the Shifting Ideas Through Education for African Women, Inc., will have drummers and dancers from: Uganda, Puerto Rico, India, Nigeria, the U.S.A, Turkey, Kenya, Zimbabwe, the Congo… and more are still registering. Each group’s performance will be interactive, engaging and educational. The event will be opened by a parade of everyone who will have brought or received a drum to play.
