Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Evening Classical Series: Greetings From England

November 5 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Conductor Carlos Kalmar brings his skill and talent to the ISO, breathing life into British composer Anna Clyne’s This Midnight Hour, a piece that Clyne hopes “will evoke a visual journey for the listener.” Afro-British composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s works have largely been ignored for several years. His romantic Violin Concerto here features violinist Benjamin Beilman before the ISO pulls out all the stops on Vaughan Williams’ Symphony No. 4.
